SIGN UP - Directions for First-Time Users

If this is your first time using LiensNC, you will need to complete the following steps to create a new user account:

1. You must complete the SIGN UP process the first time you access the system. (Note: You should only do this once. If you've already signed up, skip to the Returning Users section below.)
2. Usernames must be at least 4 characters in length and not already be taken by another user. Usernames cannot contain spaces. Also, the following characters are not allowed when creating a username: & * ( ) ` ~ [ ] { } \ | ' " ; ?
3. Passwords cannot have any spaces and must include:

Username Criteria:

• Cannot be already taken by another user
• Cannot have spaces
• Must be at least 4 characters in length
• Cannot contain the following special characters: & * ( ) ' ~ { } [ } \ | ` " ;  ?

Password Criteria:

• At least one capital letter
• At least one lower-case letter
• At least one special character (example: !, @, #, $, %, etc.)
• At least one number
• At least 8 characters in length
