Pay at Your Convenience


Whenever you are filing an Appointment or a Track This Notification Request, you are given the option to PAY NOW or PAY LATER. Pay Now, advances the user to the payment processing page. Pay Later advances the user to their Cart where the filing will remain (unpaid and non-finalized) until it is paid for.

To see if any items are in your Cart, follow these directions:

Step 1 - Login
Sign up to use the LiensNC system or login with your existing user credentials.

Step 2 - Access Cart
Simply click on the Cart link at the top of the page. Once on the Cart page, you will notice the following options:
  1. PENDING TRANSACTIONS - If you have any unpaid transactions, they will be listed in a table format.
  2. SELECT ALL / DESELECT ALL - Notice that transactions are enabled (checked) in the Selected column by default. You can click on each transaction to select/deselect it, or you can perform this action on all filings by clicking on the Deselect All or Select All link located above the column heading.
  3. DELETE - In the far right column of each pending transaction, you will notice a Delete option. Selecting this option will permanently remove the pending transaction from your cart forever. NOTE: Performing this action cannot be undone.
Step 3 - Pay
To pay for any pending transactions, select the items you would like to include and then click on the PAY NOW button to advance to the payment process.
